Who we are
We are Kerstin and Thorsten – hosts with heart, mind and over 22 years of experience in the upscale hotel industry.
Our careers have taken us through renowned establishments in Germany, England, and Switzerland. Discipline, quality, and service at the highest level continue to shape our thinking and actions to this day.
In 2019, we founded the Domizil Team to reliably relieve hosts of their burden – with housekeeping, renovation, key service and marketing, all from a single source.
What sets us apart? Hotel experience meets craftsmanship – combined with a genuine passion for service.
Starting in November 2025, we will bring our services to Luxembourg – back to our roots. With the aim of:
